The 37 m² one-room apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the souterrain of the owner’s house in the immediate neighborhood of the University, the Hasso Plattner Institute and the Media City Babelsberg.
The furnishings have been optimized for people who are temporarily working in Potsdam.
The apartment can only be used by non-smokers!
